These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of telelaunch.com and related forms, booking tools, communications, and business services provided by Belle Capital Holdings LLC, doing business as TeleLaunch ("TeleLaunch," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website, submitting information, scheduling a consultation, or using our services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the website or services for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization and bind it to these Terms.

2. TeleLaunch Services

TeleLaunch provides business infrastructure, consulting, implementation, and related support for organizations exploring or operating telehealth-related businesses. Specific deliverables, fees, timelines, responsibilities, and limitations may be described in a separate proposal, order form, statement of work, or service agreement. If a separate signed agreement conflicts with these Terms, the signed agreement controls for that conflict.

3. No Medical, Legal, or Regulatory Advice

Website content and consultations are provided for general business information and are not medical, legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. TeleLaunch does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide patient care through this website. You are responsible for obtaining qualified professional advice and for determining which laws, licenses, approvals, clinical standards, and contractual requirements apply to your business.

4. No Guarantee of Approval or Results

TeleLaunch does not guarantee business launch dates, licensing or regulatory approvals, pharmacy or vendor acceptance, advertising performance, customer acquisition, revenue, profitability, financing, or any other specific result. Results depend on many factors outside TeleLaunch control, including your decisions, information, resources, vendors, market conditions, and legal requirements.

5. Information You Provide

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in applications, booking forms, communications, and service documents. You are responsible for updating information when it changes. You must not submit information that you do not have the right to provide or use the website to impersonate another person or organization.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services to:

Violate any applicable law, regulation, contractual obligation, or third-party right.
Transmit malware, harmful code, deceptive content, spam, or unauthorized communications.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, accounts, data, or networks.
Interfere with website performance, security, availability, or other users.
Copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit website content except as permitted by law or written authorization.

7. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

7.1 Program and Message Types

Belle Capital Holdings LLC, doing business as TeleLaunch, may send recurring SMS messages to individuals who expressly opt in. Marketing messages may include occasional TeleLaunch service announcements, consultation availability, special offers, discounts, and business-service updates. Non-marketing messages may include application confirmations, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding updates, service notifications, and customer support. TeleLaunch does not use its SMS program to promote prescription drugs or other carrier-prohibited content.

7.2 Consent

Marketing and non-marketing SMS consent choices are presented separately, are optional, and are not preselected. You may submit an application or complete a booking without selecting either SMS consent checkbox. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase.

7.3 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies based on your interactions, appointments, service activity, and communication preferences. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless carrier for information about your text or data plan.

7.4 Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to the number from which you received a TeleLaunch message. After you send STOP, we will send an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again. If you later wish to rejoin, complete the applicable opt-in process again.

7.6 Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7.7 Age Restriction

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the TeleLaunch SMS program.

8. Email and Other Communications

By providing an email address or other contact information, you authorize us to use it to respond to requests and provide service-related communications. We will send marketing emails only as permitted by law, and you may unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or by contacting us.

9. Third-Party Services

The website or services may integrate with third-party platforms, such as Calendly, communications providers, payment processors, analytics tools, hosting services, and external business vendors. TeleLaunch does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their independent acts, availability, content, security, or policies. Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms.

10. Intellectual Property

The website, branding, text, graphics, designs, software, templates, and other content provided by TeleLaunch are owned by or licensed to TeleLaunch and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for limited personal or internal business use, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, display, license, sell, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and any general informational content are provided "as is" and "as available." TeleLaunch disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and security. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeleLaunch and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the website, communications, or services. Any additional liability limitations in a signed service agreement also apply.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TeleLaunch and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of the website or services, your violation of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or information and materials you provide.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website, communications, or services when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms or a separate agreement. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not governed by a separate signed agreement will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted at https://telelaunch.com/terms-and-conditions with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, except where additional consent is required by law.

17. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed service agreement constitute the agreement governing the relevant subject matter. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
