TeleLaunch offers separate, optional choices for marketing and non-marketing text messages. Consent checkboxes are not preselected, and you may complete an application or booking without agreeing to receive SMS messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.
If you opt in, marketing messages may include occasional TeleLaunch service announcements, consultation availability, special offers, discounts, and business-service updates. Non-marketing messages may include application confirmations, consultation scheduling, appointment confirmations and reminders, onboarding updates, service notifications, and customer support.

5. Mobile Information Non-Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
